Our family’s addiction to Bubble Tea is very serious. Our 4 and 2.5 year olds cannot hear the words without starting a chant that won’t end until they have it so we have to speak the words in whispers or spell it out. For our kids, bubble tea is for them what Mcdonald’s sundaes were for us as children. A special treat to cap off a hot summer day.

We have our favorite/convenient locations but for selection and taste, Bubble Queen has our favorites. What we like about this place is that they have Perrier options which is great because they have less sugar and the kids don’t seem to know the difference. They also have mini pearls which some of us like while others of us prefer the original sized pearls. Either way, a great stop when you wanna cool down.

BTW: They are well known for their bubble waffles too which we haven’t tried but plan on next time we are out there. Let us know if you have tried them and what you think.

PS: Cash only.

Bubble Queen is very well known for it’s fresh mango slushes. When we arrived and ordered our usuals, we noticed the shelves were loaded with ripe mangoes and almost every customer was ordering a mango slush. We mentioned that we clearly ordered wrong and were told that if we wanted one we should come back soon as their current stock was all they had till their next shipment in October. It was August! You can imagine our delight when we visited again in September and found the shelves fully stocked again and fresh mango slushes being pumped out. We ordered 4 for the group and we were not disappointed. Totally refreshing, cool and delicious. If you can get one. Do it.
