Spain has moved to the top of our list for food trips and we cannot wait to taste for ourselves the bounty that awaits in the Meditaraneian. Here in Vancouver we found it difficult to find inspiring Spanish cuisine until The Sardine Can opened in Gastown and ended that drought. Having yet another option to enjoy authentic Spanish cuisine is a welcome treat and Espana totally delivers.
Run by two restaurant veterans, we expected and received great food and great service guaranteeing we’ll be back. We highly recommend reservations though as this intimate restaurant probably seats less than 50.
